Director/Accounts Officer Job Opportunity in Quality Council of India

Director/01 Post

Essential Experience: 18 years in a structured system/ Government/ Industry/ PSUs at supervisory level in the field of Finance & Accounts

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Management (Finance)or equivalentfrom a recognized Institute /University

Desirable qualification: CA/ICWA/ CS/ passed Examination conducted by C&AG /CGA

Minimum CTC Per month(INR): Rs.2,00,000/- 


Accounts Officer/01 Post

Essential Experience: 3 years in a structured system/ Government/ Industry/ PSUs at middle level

Essential Qualification: Graduate Degree in Commerce / Economics/ Management (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized Institute /University

Desirable qualification: Master’s in Commerce / Economics/ Management (Finance)or equivalent from recognized Institute/ University 
OR CA/ICWA/ CS

Minimum CTC Per month(INR): Rs.70,000/-

About Company

Since 1992 a need had been felt for the establishment of an accreditation body in the country to establish internationally acceptable mechanism for recognition of conformity assessment results. As regards laboratories, an accreditation body under the Ministry of Science & Technology was already functioning. A committee which included various interested ministries and stakeholders including industries was established to make suitable recommendations. The work was coordinated by the then Department of Industries (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) and the recommendations were submitted to the Cabinet in 1996. Key recommendations included the Need for establishing an organization jointly by the Government and the industry and the need for the organization to be self-sustaining and be away from the government.
