We are seeking an accomplished Director, Engineering with 18-25 years of experience leading complex technology programs, enterprise application delivery, and run/support. The role will own end to end delivery—from scoping and planning to execution, governance, and continuous improvement—while driving stakeholder alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary programs (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare) ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality adherence; manage cross functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, analysts).
• Run Support / Operations leadership: accountable for a global portfolio ; set and monitor SLAs/KPIs; drive incident, problem, and change management.
• Digital transformation initiatives: lead modernization and establish Agile/DevOps/CI CD best practices.
• Stakeholder management & governance: facilitate steering committees, report metrics to senior leadership, manage scope/priorities, and support audits and governance reviews.
• Product operations & roadmap: translate business needs into delivery plans; define NFRs (usability, availability, scalability, performance, security); collect feedback to shape roadmap and feature robustness.
• Automation at scale: steer strategy and execution to automate high volume transactions; manage BOT development and operations
• Continuous improvement: institute problem management and RCA culture drive CAPA and lessons learned retrospectives.
• People leadership: mentor teams, conduct annual performance evaluations, guide hiring and resource allocation, and foster innovation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor of Engineering (Computer/IT or related field).
• 18-25 years in IT delivery/program/project management, including global stakeholder engagement and large-scale transformation projects
• Proven success achieving ?97% SLA performance and improving customer satisfaction over extended periods.
• Hands-on leadership across SDLC, Agile, and ITIL v4 service management; strong governance and change control expertise.
Technical & Domain Skills
• Software & Architecture: Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript; Spring Boot, Microservices; React; HTML/CSS, jQuery.
• Data/Automation: SQL Server, Excel VBA, MS Access; BOT development and operations.
• Tools & Practices: GitHub, SVN, TFS; CI/CD; test frameworks (JUnit, NUnit).
• ITSM & Governance: ITIL v4 processes (Incident/Problem/Change), SLA/KPI management, audit readiness.
• Domains: FS

• PRINCE2 (Project Management).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Scrum Alliance.
• ITIL Foundation v4 – Axelos.
• UiPath Developer (RPA).
