Eligibility Conditions: (i) Officers of AII India Services and Central Services Group 'A' empanelled as loint Secretary to Government of India or eligible to be empanelled as such; or (ii) with three years regular service in the Senior Administrative grade; or (holding analogous posts on regular basis; or [ii)with three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 13 (1,23,100-2,15,900) of the pay matrix or equivalent; and, (bJ having at least 1B (eighteen) years administrative experience in Group A posts
