Job Description

National School of Drama (NSD) invites applications for recruitment of Director

Number of Vacancy: 1 Posts

Educational Qualification: 1. Post Graduate Diploma of NSD or equivalent from Theatre Training Institute or some recognized Institution.
2. MA in Dramatic Art/Theatre Arts in the concerned field from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience: 1. Experience of Teaching in Theatre. Evidence of being actively engaged in research, innovation in teaching methods or production or teaching materials.
2. Professional experience and proven work of great satisfaction.
3. Proficiency in writing and speaking English/Hindi essential and any other regional language would be preferred.

Pay Scale:INR 75000/- Per Month

Age Limit: 57 years (as on 01.04.2020).

Application Fee: Rs. 200/- is to be paid online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit Card for General/OBC-Creamy layer Candidates, Rs.100/- for OBC-non creamy layer and no fee for SC/ST and Persons with Disability eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the application fee.
