Position Requirements :

Strong leadership skills; be able to handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner; have excellent presentation and communication skills; and good program management skills.
Possess the acumen necessary to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations.
Strong knowledge of VMware sales process, including account planning, prospecting, opportunity identification, qualification, development, closing, along with partner and customer intimacy.
Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships resulting in the expansion of new & existing business
Strong organizational, planning and follow–up skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
Demonstrated track record of success in organizational leadership and sales strategy.
Ability and willingness to interact within all levels of the organization. Knowledge, understanding / past experience with Dell/EMC is a plus.
