Qualification  :  i. An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification in the concerned / allied / relevant/applied discipline with evidence of published work and research guidance of high quality. ii. consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed or 60%) in Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration / in a relevant discipline or consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two-year fulltime PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC; OR First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body. iii. Minimum of 15 years of approved experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industrial Experience of which at least five years should be at the level of Associate Professor. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper Publications IPR/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members in Selection Committee. For Teaching and/or research experience, API as equivalent to that of Professor’s post. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Professor with active participation record in devising/designing, developing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating training, technical books/research paper publications / IPR / patents, etc. as deemed in Selection Committee. Flair for Management and Leadership is essential. Post Ph.D. publications and guiding Ph.D. student is highly desirable

Pay Scales :  The pay scales are as prescribed by UGC/State Government. The present Pay scales of the post is as follows: Rs. 37,400-67,000 AGP 10,000/-

Age Limit :  The Retirement Age for the above post is 60 years. However, minimum age shall not be less than 45 years.
