Director (GETRI)  job recruitment in Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).

Minimum Qualification.: BE or B Tech in Electrical Engineering and MBA from Recognized University/Institutes

Desirable Qualification : ME / M. Tech. /M. Phil/ Ph. D.

Professional Experience.: The incumbent must possess 15 years’ or more experience in Training & Development activity in Power Utilities / Industry / reputed Training Institutes. Out of 15 years Minimum 05 years’ experience as Sr. Faculty/ Head of Training, Development & Research Institutes. Capable of managing Training Delivery and Training Infrastructure, Capacity Building Exercise.Design, Conduct and Evaluation of Training Programmes as per Company's Objectives. Identifying Industry Trends and making the organization ready for future challenges through Training and skill up gradation of existing manpower. Imparting effective induction training to young engineers/ professionals. Expected to have in depth knowledge of latest trends and aspects of imparting training and management development programmes and passion for employee development. proficiency in computers to be able to work in ERP environment

Age Criteria. :  Below 55 years

Remuneration : package of Rs. 22.00 Lacs per annum inclusive of all. However, in case of exceptional candidate, it shall be negotiable
