Method of Recruitment and Eligibility Criteria. Deputation (including short term contract) : Officers of the Central Government, State Government. Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Recognised Research Institutions, Universities, Semi Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisations: a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or d artment; or (ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.10,()()()- 15,200 (5th CPC) / PB-3 + G.P CPC) corresponding to Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or uivalent in the nt cadre or department:
and possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Master's Degree in Economics or Statistics or Computer applications or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. Scale of pay: Rs 12,000 - 375 - 16,500 (5th CPC)/ PB-3 Rs.15.600-39,lOO/- + G.P.Rs.7,600/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 12 Of Pay Matrix of 7dl CPC.
(Period of deputation/contract including period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 4(Four) years.
