1. Job Description and Responsibilities: Director (Planning) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He is responsible for planning of projects and implementation of growth-oriented programmes of the Group.

3. Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute. Applicants with MBA/ PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.
4. Experience: The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative Technical experience at a senior level during the last ten years, in various aspects of Planning/ Manufacturing/ Projects in an organization of repute.
5. Scale of pay: Rs. 160000-290000 (IDA)
Age Limit:
Age of superannuation 60 years. Internal: Minimum - 40 years, Maximum - 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation, Others: Minimum - 40 years, Maximum - 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
