Qualification, Skills and experience: Master’s degree in sociology/psychology/program management/rural development having more than 15 years of experience in TB programmes and leading the
advocacy fore front. Must have excellent negotiation, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills in
order to be able to manage relationships with diverse program partners. Communication with Donor Agency (USAID) is a core competency
Broad and comprehensive understanding on health and development sector and
issues. A comprehensive understanding of the multiple functions required to successfully plan,
implement and resource a project. A highly developed conceptual thinker, who is able to integrate complex and varied systems, methodologies, theories and practice of problem solving. Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach. Must be able to plan and strategize using an evidence based approach that includes analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
