Job Description

No. VFPCK/06/HR/Recrt. FD/2019

Director (Projects) recruitment in VFPCK.

Qualification and Experience : Excellent Academic record and Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture, and Masters Degree in an Agricultural, Horticultural, Social, Management or Economic discipline or other appropriate qualification.

At least 13 years of management experience in rural development of which a minimum of 4 years has been spent in a senior management position, preferably in an institution utilizing participatory approaches for rural development. Direct experience of implementing a programme of activities through a large team of field staff is preferable.

Pay Scale : Rs. 40640-57440 (Pre-revised-Initial total Emoluments Rs. 88,187/-) 

Maximum age: Maximum age limit 40 years as on 15.02.2019

Nature and Period of appointment :Contract / Deputation basis for a period of One year, extendable up to 3 years.
