1. Director of Education:i. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University. ii. A Master’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural sciences from a recognised university with OGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 in trimester system and / or OGPA of 8.00 out of 10.00 in semester system. iii. A Doctoral degree in any Agricultural Discipline. iv. One should have a minimum of Ten years of service in the cadre of Professor to become eligible to apply for the post of Director of Education in the University. v. A minimum of five publications in the referred journals with NAAS rating of not less than five during their service.

2. Registrar / Director of Research / Dean (PGS) / Dean (Agri.) / Dean of Students Welfare:i. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural Sciences from a recognized University. ii. A Master’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural sciences from a recognised university with OGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 in trimester system and / or OGPA of 8.00 out of 10.00 in semester system. iii. A Doctoral degree in any Agricultural Discipline. iv. One should have a minimum of Eight years of service in the cadre of Professor to become eligible to apply for the above posts in the University. v. A minimum of five publications in the referred journals with NAAS rating of not less than five during their service.

3. Dean (Ag. Engg.):i. A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University. ii. A Master’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural sciences from a recognised university with OGPA of 2.75 out of 4.00 in trimester system and / or OGPA of 8.00 out of 10.00 in semester system. iii. A Doctoral degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University. iv. One should have a minimum of Eight years of service in the cadre of Professor to become eligible to apply for the post of Dean (Agri. Engg.) in the University

4. University librarian : i. Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 points scale & consistently good academic record. ii. At least 13 years as Deputy Librarian in a University Library or 18 years experience as a University/National Institutes/College Librarian of which at least 3 years shall be as Deputy Librarian. OR iii. M.Phil/Ph.D Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives & Manuscript keeping with 10 years experience as a University/National Institutes/College Librarian of which at least 3 years shall be as Deputy Librarian.

Desirable: Evidence of innovation in Library services & organization of published work. NOTE: For the post of University librarian the qualification and score card published in the gazette dated 19-3-2013 remains the same.
