Job Description

Director (Technical)  job vacancies in National Rainfed Area Authority on deputation ( including short term contract) basis

No. of Posts :  3

Discipline & Qualification  :

(1) Water Management :-   (i) Master' degree in Water Resources or Hydrology or Soil Sciences or Soil and Water Conservation Engineering or Earth Science or Geohydrology or Remote Sensing from a recognized university or institute. ii) Twelve years' experience in the concerned subject or area of discipline of the post.

(2) Forestry:-   Master's degree in Forestry or Wild Life Science from a recognized university or institute. (ii) Twelve years' experience in the concerned subject or area of discipline or the post.

(3) Watershed Development or Social Science or Economics:-  (i) Master's Degree in Soil Sciences or Soil and Water Conservation Engineering or Civil Engineering or Sociology or Economics from a recognised university or institute. (ii) Twelve Years' experience in the concerned subject or area of discipline of the post.

Desirable :  Doctorate Degree in concerned subject or discipline with one year's experience in handling development programme or schemes in minted farming areas.

Pay Scale:  Rs.13100-216600 (Level-13A)
