Installs dish station including dish machine and sink.
Maintains clean/dry floors throughout shift.
Properly washing, stacking, and storing porcelain, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
Change water in machines and sinks every two hours or more often as required by commercial standards, and use appropriate chemical reagents as prescribed by Ecolab.
Aids in timely storage of food delivery.
Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes entire trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Maintains organization of dry storage area and storage shelves.
Performs daily utensil cleaning duties as posted.
Assists in food preparation as needed and any other duties assigned or requested by the Chef.
