• Handle inbound and outbound calls. Solving users queries regarding application use
• Assign bookings to drivers via a panel. Follow up with the rides and make sure that the trip is complete
• Handle phone calls from drivers and resolve any issues

Minimum Requirement:

• Good Communication Skills
• Proficiency in English, Kannada
• Fluent in either Telugu or Hindi
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
• Should be able to work in all the shifts (Day, mid, and night)
