Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting data from the market on products, visiting prospects, and creating a funnel
2. Working on generating sales leads
3. Working on maintaining reports for leads, pipelines, and closure
4. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
5. Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
6. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
7. Working on keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
8. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Traveling the extra mile to engage and convert customers
