Role: Leader for the Branch work processes. Single point of contact at the Branch.
Responsibility: The Branch Incharge is responsible for leading the delivery of multi-functional work processes at the branch to meet the branch FYO measures. Is responsible for identifying opportunities areas in the multi-functional work processes (Logistics, finance, HR & IT, interfacing work processes with Re-sale) and develop & lead implementation of action plans. This role involves providing ongoing coaching/ training support to System operator, Logistic Officer, Cashiers, Delivery staff, helpers etc..
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineers not preferred). Working knowledge of computers
Experience: About 1.5 - 2 years of work experience in the area of Logistics OR Administration OR Accounting OR Customer service
Language: Ability to Read, Write & Speak English & Fluency in local language
Key Criteria: Persuasive Communication skills, Strong Leadership (esp. influencing skills) skills, Ability to work with diverse people and exceptional maturity levels.
Age : 25 yrs & upwards.
