Job Description

  • Job Title:  DSE
Overall Job Objective:
  • Role: The Large DSE represents the Company’s interests for a set of Large A&B, MM Stores in his territory responsible for end – end Account Management including establishing relationship, growing sales & fundamentals and ensuring visibility execution as per company’s standards
Responsibility:
  • DSE is responsible for selling volume, achieving SBD distribution and building goodwill in the distributor’s market.
  • Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
  • Building Relations & JBP Plans for Large A & MM Stores
  • Delivery of conceptual selling plans
  • Regular coverage of the stores
  • Collection and settlement of the accounts receivable
