Job Description

SENIOR FRAUD ANALYST - FRAUD MONITORING & INVESTIGATION

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Function: Risk Management

Education : Any Graduate

Location : GGN-10A

Job Responsibilities:

  • monitoring portfolio for any fraud patterns based on the portfolio triggers. Presenting the finding to seniors
  • Analyze data (Customer/portfolio/retailer) to identify early warning signals and proactively provide feedback to Anti-Fraud Head in order to take corrective actions
  • Assist in Anti-fraud assessment of Retailers, Third party service providers, as per the Fraud policy
  • Effective coordination with Sales and Security to ensure reporting quality and turnaround time is maintained, discrepancies are minimized and communication flow is standardized and effective
