Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to generate business.
Site Visits: Visit a minimum of 2 active project sites daily.
Store Presence: Spend at least 2 hours daily at the assigned dealer/distributor store.
Shop Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with applicators (painters) to promote products and maintain relationships.
Sales Reporting: Submit daily sales reports via the company’s online portal.
