Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.

2. Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.

3. The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.

4. Company will be providing training on the use of technology and app.

5. Keep records of customer interactions.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: MD/DNB/ DDVL in Dermatology

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary: Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000 Per month (Depending upon the experience)

Working Hours: 6 Hours (6 days a week)

Job Type: Work from Home

Day Off: Rotation (As per the roster)

Language: English, Hindi and any regional language
