experience of minimum 1 year in a travel agency that provides document
attestation services is a MUST.
- Candidates
should be a self-starter and motivated

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain
and update the sales report and follow up on sales leads on a daily basis
- Prepares
and follows up on all sales quotations
- Negotiating
and booking the business.
- Must
be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a
calm and friendly manner
- Respond
to all queries on online chats, WhatsApp chats, email inquiries, telephone
inquiries
- Maintain
a database and Tracker for all sales leads & booked business
- Operationally managing the logistics of the attestation of
the document
- Liaising with courier companies and service
partners where required
- Build
sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open
and interactive communication
- Maintaining
a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all
times.
WORK DETAILS
Working days :
6 days a week Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9 am to 6 pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Preference: Lady
