Document Controller job vacancies in IIT Jammu on contract basis

Qualification :  Master Degree in Engineering/Science in appropriate field with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Science with a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/ Institute with two years relevant experience. OR Three years Diploma in Engineering (after 10+2) or equivalent qualification in appropriate fieldwith a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute with two years relevant experience. 2. Preference will be given to those who have at least 60% marks in all Boards/ University examinations or having work experience in document controller. 3. Experience in document numbering, Preparing minutes and letters; Good command in Aconex, Excel, word, PDF editor, experience in A0 printing from AutoCAD and BIM and scanning of drawings;previous knowledge of documentation/nomenclature will be given preference. 4. Experience in Aconex will be an added advantage.

Remuneration :  Remuneration of Rs.30000 to Rs.35000 PM based on qualifications. The salary shall be remitted by the hired manpower agency M/s SAI to the hired service staff.
