Job Description: -
Basic understanding of documentation system in Pharmaceutical Industry
Development of Coding system for Documents management for archival.
Filing of documents in paper copes and maintaining digital records accordingly to ensure appropriate
storage. Monitoring and checking of arrangement at defined frequency.
Document Inventory management and Tracking of Document. Scanning of documents, segregation
of data, merging and uploading including digital imaging whenever required.
Tracking of Document retention timeline.
Adhere to the company’s document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the GDP
Guidelines.
Assists in implementing new and improving Document Management System and document
management processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
To be the custodian of the documents in terms of the documents room in charge.
To track person entry-exit activity in record room.
To track Document’s Check in /Check out activity.
Knowledge of software for document management. Must be well verged with Microsoft office tools
for data analysis.
Basic Knowledge of MIS and project management.
Timely escalation of the issues and effective communication skills to stack holder.
