Documentation Specialist
Role:
* Responsible for collating, editing, proofreading and categorizing business documents from multiple stakeholders and processes.
* Collaborate with HR team members in optimizing content.
* Participate in calls and capture appropriate notes in team's collaborative messaging platform.
* Ensure Service Level expectations are met for each individual documentation request.
* Coordinate business transactions and scheduling as needed.
* Adhere to established quality and document control procedures.
* Ability to research and include relevant data.
* Ensuring documentation integrity.
* Performing transcription and conversion work.
* Proofreading documents upon request.
Experience/Skills:
* Degree in Communications or related field.
* Experience working with Information Technology organizations as a communication or documentation specialist.
* Experience in writing, proofreading and publishing documents, preferably with Tech content or experience working with Human resource teams.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
* Outstanding organizational skills.
* Multitasking ability.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal
