Preference: Candidates with a Ph.D. or M.Sc. / M.Pharm with more than 1 year of
relevant experience, having good communication skills and
experience in scientific data curation / systems biology and / or data
network building will be preferred

Qualifications & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / M.Tech OR equivalent qualification with
minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preference : Candidates having more than 1 year of experience in writing scripts
/ programs for implementing machine learning methods. Should
have good understanding of bioinformatics / computational biology
/ systems biology / biological data mining, with scripting skills
(Python and / or R) to implement Machine Learning methods and
also who have / know: Relation extraction from scientific text Hands-on experience on existing tools / models (e.g. -
Word2vec, bioBert, scispacy) Hands-on expertise in NLP and Data Visualization
Methodology / Frameworks, will be preferred
Consolidated emoluments Rs. 50,000 /- per month
Age Not more than 32 years as on closing date of advertisement.
