Job Description

  • Position name: Domestic IT Recruiter 
  • Shift Timings:9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day Shift)Location: Amritsar
  • Education:BCA,BSc IT,MCA,MSc IT,MBA IT,B.Tech, M.Tech,Any computer diploma holder with good communication skills.
  • Minimum 0 - 6 Months of IT Recruiting experience in Domestic Staffing Industry. (Fresher can also apply for this position)
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills. 
  • Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings. 
  • Proficient in using job portals and social networking sites.
Job Description:
  • We are looking for individuals who have an End to End Recruitment Experience. 
  • Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead. 
  • Analyze the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening. 
  • Searched for qualified candidates on Monster and job portals and also various Groups, Social sites, free sites, by applying appropriate search strings. 
  • Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
  • Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client. 
  • Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.

  • Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level.
