Job Description
In Domestic Voice Process you are assigned to handle the calls from the customers that are located in their own country. The job involves handling the customers' queries and complaints and resolving the issues.
Problem-solving: Escalation specialists use problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of an issue and develop a solution. They may use these skills to resolve disputes between customers and employees, address customer complaints and identify the source of a customer service issue.If a caller has a complaint, should listen carefully to the complaint and provide appropriate help.
If a caller asks for a return call, must schedule a time for the return call. The agent must also schedule a return call if the caller asks for a callback within a certain time frame.
