· Make calls and explain about the cause to members of the public by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

· Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets

· Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

· Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

· Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Organization.

· Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

· Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker

· Any other role related responsibility assigned by your line manager

· Welcoming new donors through tele calling in verification process
