Job Description

Designation: Donor Profiling

Responsibilities include:

1. Work on MMD donors and consultant donor profiling, extract information from LinkedIn, Facebook, e-newspapers, articles, and other internet sources
2. Fulfill operations requirements; batch file, reconciliation, and data uploading
3. Manage coordination with Delhi MMD officer regarding day-to-day urgent requirements
4. Handle the donor queries received over mail and telephonic calls
5. Work on helping to follow donor engagement journey and making donor emails
6. Work on sending donor gifts and 80G certificates
7. Take care of donor citations
8. Work on taking appointments on acquisition data
9. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager
