• Have lead goal driven, highly motivated & performant teams in Start-up and Corporate environment utilizing Agile approach for overall delivery of Projects and Products.
• Understanding and active implementation of best practices & Design Patterns into projects.
• Ability to work seamlessly in Cross-functional teams utilizing SCRUM Framework and Open Project & many source control tools including MS TFS (Azure DevOps),Git etc.
• Completed many major product releases while working on numerous API Integrations
• Optimized and reduced Processing time by over 50 to 95% for many projects.
• Time and again received commendations and awards for exemplary work from Employer as well as Clients.
