Following are some of the traits that we are looking for:

·        Must be able to program in Asp.net, C#, Entity Framework, JQuery, HTML, CSS.

·        Good to have knowledge of Asp.Net MVC, Asp.Net Core, WebAPI, REST, Bootstrap.

·        Must be able to understand, write & optimize database queries, joins & store

procedures.

·        Good to have knowledge of repositories like Git, BitBucket, SVN & tools like Bugzilla,  Basecamp, JIRA etc.

·        Must be able to create, analyze & understand the functional specifications & write the  code for the same in a well-structured manner following best coding practices.

·        Should be able to debug existing source codes to find the bugs & apply necessary fixes.

·        Should be ready to work independently & in a team in a dynamic environment.

·        Should have a positive attitude & commitment to work with high ethical values.
