Responsibilities and Duties

Safety and security of students.
Preparing and delivering Drama programme to school and college students.
Maintaining high standards of curriculum.
Scheduling rehearsals, technical rehearsals and final performances during productions to ensure they master parts.
Promoting and enhancing the programme amongst school community and parents.
Meeting and interacting with parents on PTMs during school hours.
Maintaining records of daily attendance, lessons plans and activities.
Teaches acting principles and techniques to individuals or groups: Conducts readings to evaluate student's talent.
Adapts course of study and training methods to meet student's need and ability.
Teaches enunciation, diction, voice development, and dialects, using voice exercises, speech drills, explanation, lectures, and improvisation.
Discusses and demonstrates vocal and body expression to teach character development and personality projection.
Assigns non performing tasks to students to backstage during productions such as constructing, moving scenery, operating stage light and sound equipment.
Teach elements of stage craft, stage makeup, costume craft, play writing or play direction.
Evaluate child’s performance and shared report on the daily basis.
Preparing and sharing child performance report with parents by the end of every month.
Preparing scripts related to the requirement of the clients.
