Ø Enquiry generation through Cold Calls (Old customer contact/ Opinion makers/ Service Advisors/ Banks/ Competition prospects, etc.)

Ø Selling LMD/HD vehicle to the customer by going to their spot and contacting the right person.

Ø Execution of Sales promotional events. Follow up for Field enquiries.

Ø Making product presentation & explaining Product comparisons to customers. Handling vehicle demos and test drives.

Ø Suggesting finance schemes & packages to the customers.

Ø Maintain customer relationship and make them feel satisfied.

Ø Advising customers on various statutory and legislative requirements (Vehicle registration, insurance, etc.,)

Ø Explaining warranty terms, imitations of warranty & preventive maintenance.
Handling customer complaints and grievances, if any.

Ø Generate and updating new customer database.

Ø Competitor’s intelligence gathering.
