Ø Suggesting finance schemes & packages to the customers.
Ø Maintain customer relationship and make them feel satisfied.
Ø Advising customers on various statutory and legislative requirements (Vehicle registration, insurance, etc.,)
Ø Explaining warranty terms, imitations of warranty & preventive maintenance.
Handling customer complaints and grievances, if any.
Ø Generate and updating new customer database.
