To co-ordinate with the empanelled auto dealer DSA and builder DSA for sourcing of advance files.Responsible for sourcing Retail & MSME Advances from open market.To generate lead for Auto Dealers, Builder Project for empanelling them into Banks authorized DSA and subsequent liaising to pick up files from DSA.To liaison with assigned Auto Dealer DSA and Builder DSA/Project by Bank for sourcing of files.ollect loan document from customer/auto dealer DSA/Builder and submit to allotted reporting authority.Co-ordinate for query resolution, documentation and disbursement with the sourced customer.Refer the leads for cross-selling other products to the customer to the other teams as instructed by the Bank Keep a tab on market information and provide the same in timely manner to Bank’s managers.Go thru the Product & Sales skill training provided by the Bank and constantly update themselves of the latest product features and guidelines. To undertake job assigned by the reporting authority on time to time.


Graduate (Passed) degree in any discipline is must.

·         Knowledge of local area and language.

·         No affiliation with any political/religious organization.

·         Absence of any criminal record and /or should not have been blacklisted by any organization in the last two years for deficiency of service

·         Prior sales experience preferable.


Preferable Target Candidates for sourcing


·         Associates having experience in

o   Financial product sales

o   Credit card

o   Insurance

o   Working with NBFCs and other financial institute

o   Working under finance channel in Auto Dealerships etc

·         Associates should be preferably having residence in local and having grip on local language, for ease of travel and communication
