1. Dy. Chief Financial Officer/01 Post

a. Qualification: Qualified Associate Chartered Accountant from ICAI 

b. Experience: Should have minimum of 06 years of Aviation experience in Handling Finance / Account Functions. The experience should be post qualification 

c. Age: Maximum 50 years (as on 15.04.2019) (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules). 

d. Salary & Emoluments: Rs. 120000/-


2. AGM Operations Training/01 Post

a. Qualification: Graduate from recognized University. Masters in Business Administration from Recognized University / Institution as additional qualification will be preferred Proficiency in using computers.

b. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Airline Flight Crew Training including Minimum two years of managerial experience in an Airline Flight Crew Training. The experience should be post qualification.

c. Age: Maximum 45 years (as on 15.04.2019) (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

3. Chief/ AGM of MMD/01 Post

a. Qualification: Masters in Business Administration from recognized University with specialization in Material Management or its equivalent 

b. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Material Management in Aviation The Experience should be Post Qualification 

c. Age: Maximum 45 years (as on 15.04.2019) (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules).

d. Salary & Emoluments: Rs. 80000/-


4. AGM Revenue Management/01 Post 

a. Qualification: Full time 2 years Masters in Business Administration from recognized University with specialization in Marketing or its equivalent 

b. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management in Aviation/ Hotel industry. The Experience should be Post Qualification 

c. Age: Maximum 45 years (as on 15.04.2019) (Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for OBC Candidates. Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules). 

d. Salary & Emoluments: Rs. 80000/-


5. Sr. Manager (Liaison Officer)/01 Post 

a. Qualification: Graduate from recognized University. Masters in Business Administration from Recognized University / Institution as additional qualification will be preferred 

b. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Liaison work including doing Liaison with DGCA The Experience should be Post Qualification

7. Business Analyst (Sr. Manager)/01 Post

a. Qualification & Experience: Graduate from recognized university and diploma post-graduation in aviation or related field , sales and marketing with minimum 6 years of experience in Aviation / Travel & Tourism / Travel Management Companies / Hotel Industry. The Experience should be Post Qualification 
Or 
Masters in Business Administration from recognized University or its Equivalent in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related field, Finance with minimum 4 years of experience in Aviation / Travel & Tourism / Travel Management Companies / Hotel Industry. The Experience should be Post Qualification

Educational Qualifications: 
a) Candidates with valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days' new pattern) Certificate: Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years' duration) from any recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language. MUST possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days' new pattern) Certificate. 
Preferable: i) BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification) Note 1 : Separate Select list will be drawn for the candidates who qualify the Written test and are BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days' new pattern) Certificate. Priority would be given to candidates having BCAS Certified XBIS Screener over candidates having valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days' new pattern) Certificate. 
OR 
b) Graduate with 60% Marks or Graduate with NCC 'B' Certificate: Graduate with 60% Marks in any discipline (minimum 3 years' duration) from any recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.

d) Physical Standards : 
1. Height: 
Female - Minimum 154.5 cms . 
Male — Minimum 163 cms Relaxation of 2.5 cms for SC/ST candidates & those from North East states & hilly states}subject to domicile proof.

Selection Procedure: 
I) Candidates with valid BCAS Basic AVSEC (12 days' new pattern) Certificate: 
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would be required to appear for Written Exam related to Aviation Security / General Aptitude 
II) Graduate with 60% Marks OR with NCC 'B' Certificate: 
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would be required to appear for Written Exam on General Aptitude. 

Emoluments/Salary: Selected Candidates would be paid a Remuneration of Rs. 21,371/- per month as per Company's policy, as per rules. In addition Rs. 1000/- per month on acquiring AVSEC Certificate and Rs. 1500/- per month on acquiring X-Ray Screening certificate.

Cabin Crew/42 Post

Educational Qualifications: 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidates who are having three years Degree / Diploma Holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute will be given preference. 

Age: Between 18 and 27 years (Relaxable upto 5 years in case of SC/ST and 3 years in case of OBC categories) 

Marital Status: Unmarried 

Selection Process : Selection Process would be based on AASL Guidelines. Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment test (GD &PAT) and Written Test at the venues decided by Airline Allied Services Limited. 

Application Fee: A non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs 1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) in favour of Airline Allied Services Limited only the required details to be filled up while filling up the application form. 
Candidates would be required to submit the said Demand Draft at the time of GD&PAT (Not applicable for SC/ST candidates).
