Dy. General Manager /Sr. Manager recruitment in Odisha Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd.

1. Dy. General Manager (Min.),E-5 grade /3 Posts

Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1 st Class MMCC. (i)12 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) relevant experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 8 years of relevant experience after acquiring 1 st Class MMCC.

(ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.

Age: Not above 44 years.

Pay Scale : Rs.78,800/- to 1, 30,400/

2. Sr. Manager (Min.),E-4 grade /2 Posts

Qualification:  BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1 st Class MMCC. (i) 08 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines out of which should have 4 years of experience after acquiring 1 st Class MMCC. 

(ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.

Age: Not above 40 years.

Pay Scale : Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

3. Manager (Min.),E-3 grade/2 Posts

Qualification:  BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1 st Class MMCC. (i) 04 years of post-Degree (BE/B. Tech.) experience in open cast / underground highly mechanized metalliferous mines. (ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.

Age: Not above 36 years.

Pay Scale : Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

4. Dy. General Manager (Geology),E-5 grade /1 Post

Qualification: M.Sc. Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or B. Tech. in Geology from ISM. Should have at least 12 years’ of post-qualification experience in metalliferous Opencast/ Underground Mines in exploration, mapping, reserve estimate etc. and be familiar with UNFC for minerals. Exposure to mine planning & drawing software will be an added advantage.

Age: Not above 44 years.

Pay Scale : Rs.78,800/- to 1, 30,400/

5. Manager (Persnl.),E-3 grade /3 Posts

Qualification:  MBA / PGDM in Personnel / HR / Industrial Relation from recognized Institute approved by AICTE or Master’s / Post Graduation in Social Welfare / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE.

Should have at least 04 Years’ post qualification relevant Industry experience (Mining / Manufacturing) in Personnel Functions such as Recruitment, Promotion, Establishment matters, Employee Welfare, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliances, Learning & Development, Performance Management matters in any Govt./ State PSU/ Central PSU/ Other large & reputed Organizations. Knowledge & experience in SAP & implementation of SAP HR Modules will be an added advantage. 

Age: Not above 36 years.

6. Manager (Fin.),E-3 grade /4 Posts

Qualification:  Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MDA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE. Should have 04 years post Qualification relevant experience in Accounting/ Auditing/Taxation in any Govt. / State PSU/ Central PSU/ Other Corporate house of repute. Knowledge & experience in SAP-FICO Module will be an added advantage. 

Age: Not above 36 years.

7. Dy. Manager (Fin.),E-2 grade


Qualification:  Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MDA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE. 

Age:  Not below 21 years and above 32 years.

8. Dy. Manager (Civil),E-2 grade 

Qualification:  BE/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE/UGC. 

Age:  Not below 21 years and above 32 years.

9. Sr. Manager(Mech.),E-4 grade

Qualification:  BE/ B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.

8 years of relevant post qualification experience in planning, design, erection, maintenance & operation of heavy earth moving equipment, crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, light motor vehicles, mineral beneficiation plants etc.

Age: Not above 40 years

10. Manager(Mech.),E-3 grade 

Qualification:  BE/ B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.

4 years of relevant post qualification experience in planning, design, erection, maintenance & operation of  heavy earth moving equipment, crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, light motor vehicles, mineral beneficiation plants etc.

Age: Not above 36 years

Pay Scale : Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

11. Sr. Manager (Security),E-4 grade /1 Post

Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline from any recognised University and should be an ExServiceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy / Air force / Para Military Forces. 8 years’ experience in Defence Service or Paramilitary Force.

Age: Not above 40 years

12. Dy. General Manager (Electrical),E-5 grade

Qualification:  BE/B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE. i). 12 years post qualification experience in Planning, Design, Erection, Maintenance and Operational Electrical equipment. ii). Preference will be given to the person having experience in open cast & underground mining equipment with PLC Based control System & having Supervisory Certificate of competency applicable to mines.

Age:  Not above 44 years

Pay Scale : Rs.78,800/- to 1,30,400

13. Sr. Manager (Electrical),E-4 grade


Qualification: BE/B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE.
