DY.MANAGER /MANAGER – HEALTH CLAIMS

Experience -3-10 Years

Grade -MG -2/3

SBU/Function - (Emerging Businesses / Claims )

Qualification - Graduate

Location - CHENNAI HO

Department - Chola MS Health

Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities :

Responsible for complete health claims process (Cashless, Reimbursement & TPA) PAN INDIA.
Address CRM grievances, escalations.
IT development, innovations, process changes, training.
Corporate presentations.

Critical Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours) :

Good communication skills – Read, write and speaking in English
Good processing knowledge about health claims, preferably from general insurance / TPA’s
Experience in handling customer grievances
