Dy. Manager/Sr. Engineer/Accounts Officer Job Recruitment in Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Ltd. (REIL).
1.Dy. Manager (P&IR)/ 01UR
Eligibility: The incumbent should be MBA in Human Resource (two year full time course) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
The candidate is required to indicate their CAT (Common Admission Test) score in the given application form. The candidate should have exposure of various acts applicable in an industrial organization like Factory Act; Industrial Disputes Act, Contract Labour Abolition & Regulation Act, RTI Act etc.
The candidate should have exposure of drafting appeals, writs etc. for submission in the court of law. The candidate should have post qualification working experience of 10 years or more. Exposure of handling Civil and Public Relation matter is desirable. An added advantage shall be given to Law Graduate (LLB); the incumbent should be computer savvy.
Pay Scale: Rs.60,000-3%-1,80,000

2.Sr. Engineer/1UR
Eligibility: The incumbent should be a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Branch, with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
The candidate should have a post qualification experience of 3 years or more in the field of Power Electronics in an industrial organization. The candidate should have hands-on working/exposure on embedded solutions; good programming skill on embedded C/C++ and assembly language; innovation; development; installation; commissioning; operation; maintenance & support on high end dairy electronic instruments; SPV Systems; IT solutions; Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills; experience with Embeded/Cloud IOT solution based on communication protocol (Wifi, Modbus, etc); the incumbent should be computer savvy.
Pay Scale: 50,000-3%-1,60,000
Age: 35 Yrs.
3.Accounts Officer/01UR
Eligibility: The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The incumbent should have good in the academics right from X standard and onwards.
The candidate should have exposure of accounts, finance, taxation and other legal laws pertaining to an industrial organisation. The candidate should have post qualification working experience of 03 year or more.Additional qualification like MBA, CS, CMA, LLB etc. shall be given added advantage; the incumbent should be computer savvy.
Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000

4.Executive/ 03 (UR-02, OBC-01)
Eligibility: The incumbent should be a MBA (Two years full time) in Human Resources with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution. The incumbent should have good in academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate is required to indicate their CAT (Common Admission Test) score in the given application form The candidate should have experience in the field of HR and other related matters; and post qualification working experience of 3 years or more. The candidate having Bachelor Degree in Law shall be given added advantage; the incumbent should be computer savvy.

5.Import-Export Officer/01UR
Eligibility: The incumbent should be a MBA (Two years full time) in Material Management/Finance with minimum 60%
marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
The candidate is required to indicate their CAT (Common
Admission Test) score in the given application form The candidate should have post qualification experience of
3 years or more in the field of Material Management precisely ; Import-Export procedure, and liaison with
excise & custom authorities, and other related matters like logistic arrangement etc. The candidate having
Bachelor Degree in Law shall be given added advantage; the incumbent should be computer savvy.
