Job Description

Position: E-commerce Customer Support Executive

Job Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Immediate joining will be preferred


Role Description

 This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Customer Support Executive located in Mumbai. The E-commerce Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through multiple communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone.

 In addition, the E-commerce Customer Support Executive will provide after-sales support and proactively suggest solutions that help improve the customer experience.

 listings unique product segments on multiple leading e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon etc. Ensuring they are consistent with company policies

 Actively involved in handling Customer Disputes with Customer Service Team.

 Coordination with transporters, and courier providers for dispatches.

 Ensure smooth coordination on a daily basis with internal teams to deliver on time.

 MIS reports on our products, and sales performance as required by the management.

 Evaluate feedback or complaints from customers and work for the enhancement in customer service, and standards.

 Regular discussion with higher management for providing customer service.

 Learn about new product trends or services and keep up to date with changes.

 Managing inventory levels on a regular basis.

 Assisting with shipping and returns.

 Scrutinizing returns and raising SPF, SAFE-T, etc. reimbursement claims in case of Wrong/Damaged and lost returns.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. 


Desire Profile :

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the e-commerce domain

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

• Experience with ticket management platforms, such as Shopify.
