Looking an Experience E-commerce executive who can able to handle multiple sellers account on Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, eBay, Club Factory, and many others E Commerce marketplaces available in India or Outside of India for our East Delhi Office.

Roles and responsibility.

• Expert in cataloging / Product Listing on all the portals in organically optimized and SEO Friendly.
• Manage Refund, Return and Cancellation.
• Complete knowledge about Safe-T Claims filling and reimbursement process.
• Able to represent case when received A to Z claim and also able to draft Plan of Action for any suspended seller account.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables etc for MIS 
• Able to manage Sponsor Ads Campaign, Brand Display Ads & AMS independently with low AcOS and ROI in both way Automatic and Manual.
• Able to help sellers to grow their business on different platform and can communicate with the sellers in English and Hindi fluently MANDATORY.
• Should have knowledge about Registration of Brand, Category and Brand Un-Gating and Approvals as per marketplace requirement.
• Experienced in FBA, Inward, Outward, Create Removal or unsold products, Enabling FBA, and informed the sellers in advance about replenish the stock before it get stock with the help of average sold data.
• Ability to find area of improvement and opportunity to add more business vertical within the existing process.
• Take initiative to resolve the client escalation and resolve increase C-SAT.
• Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions,

• Replaces damaged items, shortages, and Wrong-shipments by determining optimal response of replacement or credit.

• Have ability to manage the team and take initiative to ramp up the process.
  
  

• Minimum Graduate.
• Any degree or diploma in online Marketplace eCommerce or training will be added advantage.
• No FRESHERS, minimum 1 year of experience is required for this position,
