We are a leading Fashion Jewellery brand seeking a talented and motivated female graduate/1 year experience individual to join our team as an E-commerce Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings on major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, while actively contributing to the growth and success of our online business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the catalog and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce websites.

- Perform product cataloguing, including pricing, description, and A+ content creation.

- Regularly review and update product prices, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary updates to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement.

- Track shipments and oversee order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.

- Possess a good knowledge of E-commerce SEO practices to optimize product listings for improved search visibility.

- Conduct regular monitoring of competitors' prices and marketplace updates to stay competitive in the market.

- Coordinate with other team members to gather necessary information and provide seamless support across departments.

- Utilize effective keyword research techniques for appropriate tagging and revamp product titles to enhance search rankings.

- Conduct periodic inventory and price management across all marketplaces to maintain accurate product information.

- Generate new ideas and identify areas of opportunity to increase revenue and improve overall performance.

- Prepare periodic reports on product-wise/SKU-wise performance across different marketplaces.

- Analyze customer reviews to gather insights and develop actionable strategies for product improvements.

- Assist in writing compelling content for blogs that showcases our fashion jewellery products effectively.

Qualifications:

- Strong copywriting and editing skills to create engaging product descriptions and marketing content.

- Proficiency in managing Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart platforms, including catalog management and optimization.

- Experience with content, product, and inventory management in an e-commerce environment.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for writing blogs and product descriptions.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

- A female candidate who is a graduate with a strong desire to achieve and excel in the field of e-commerce, or a female candidate with at least one year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.

- Willingness to learn and receive training to enhance skills and knowledge in various aspects of e-commerce.
