Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:-
Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Manage processing & dispatching of orders
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Creating online templates
Will be working on computers & with customers
Updating copy that is keyword efficient
Testing marketing concepts and ideas
Sending email marketing campaigns
Checking campaign performance
Delivering market-leading websites for the company to reach a worldwide audience
Delivering regular reports and analysis of web traffic, sales and conversion metrics
Building digital acquisition and retention schemes, retargeting and marketing automation
