E-Commerce Executive (Female)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female (Preferably Married) candidate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and increase customer engagement

· Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, promotions, Order Processing, and pricing, to optimize the user experience and drive conversions

· Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

· Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

· Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology providers

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management.

· Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices

· Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jio mart Etc.

· Excellent communication, team management, and analytical skills

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

· Detail-oriented and highly organized
