Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team and drive our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and possess a track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

Manage our Shopify website, including updating product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with marketplace teams (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.) to ensure accurate and optimized product listings.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to our online platforms.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions to engage customers and boost sales.

Operations Management:

Oversee order fulfillment processes, including inventory management, shipping, and returns.
Ensure timely processing of online orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, website traffic, and customer acquisition costs.
Generate reports and analyze data to track progress, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
1 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
Proficiency in Shopify, as well as experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon).
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
