Job Description
- Order Processing, Amazon India other E-Commerce Platforms.
- Manage daily operations for E-Commerce including Updating Product Catalog.
- Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications and main account health.
- Manage Inventory on the website based on stock availability.
- Manage Image Alt text & product based on SEO .
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop strategies to increase sales and customer reviews.
- Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan.
- Implement the customer loyalty programmes.
- Implement the e-commerce activities.
- Manage a diverse service environment.
- Manage the operations for good service.
- Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.
