Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and company website, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Monitor and optimize product performance on online platforms to maximize sales and visibility.

Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and refunds.

Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and platform policies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory replenishment.

Utilize SEO techniques to improve product visibility and search rankings.

If proficient, contribute to website maintenance and development using coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.

Expertise in handling Amazon and Flipkart platforms, with a strong understanding of listing optimization and sales strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis and reporting.
