Job Description

E-commerce Lead Trainer

Qualification : Any Graduate

Location : Kolkata

Responsibility :

Work closely with the key stakeholders across various projects to understand the gaps or errors for project deliverables.
Create and execute a training plan towards improving on quality SLAs working closely with the senior project managers
Build assessments that are regularly testing all team members against project guidelines and training imparted
Ensuring the team is up to date with all the latest project guidelines measured via regular reviews

Prior Experience :

Experience in training teams for large process driven projects
Must have experience in creating training plans and imparting the knowledge in a classroom environment
Worked in a similar role for at least 3 to 6 years

Responsibility :

Ability to create assessments via online tools/platforms towards evaluating and measuring the training imparted
Strong English communication skills
Open to learning new skills
