Job Description:-

• E-commerce manager requires for our organization who can
• Develop a strategy for content creation and effective distribution to appropriate selling channels.
• Deeply understand the consumer’s trends /desires to get optimum sales number. Managing account relationship and providing accounts for excellent service and support.
• Manage the implementations of online merchandising strategies and segments that drive improvements in a sales conversation, translating to increase in customer acquisition, retention and up /cross sales.
• Implement and optimize marketing programs to increase traffic overall sales.
• Managing our business on marketplace channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal,  etc which includes product listing and cataloguing, management of seller accounts, dealing with category managers, customer returns, designing promotional deals and offers, handling customer complaints, etc
