We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channelling product feedback and managing issue resolution.

·        Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.

·        Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.

·        Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services

·        Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it

·        Responsible to manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable/assigned accounts/costumer.

·        Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately. 

Required Skills:

·        Customer-, target- and result-oriented.

·        Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities

·        Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skill.

·        Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Qualification:  Any Degree

Experience:  2-5 yr.

Age: Below 35 yrs.

Work Timing:  9.30am - 6.00pm.

Location: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

Salary:  10k- 20k per month.
